This scheme comprises a pool, splash pad, multipurpose hall, and health and fitness facilities. It also incorporates a number of environmental sustainability requirements, including being fully electrically powered via air source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels.
Abacus provided cost management, project management, and principal designer services from the early design stages through to completion. Working with the Council, key stakeholders and design team, we helped deliver a facility that reflects the needs and wellbeing of the local community.
