Vita Student Lawrence Street

This 6.3 acre site, within walking distance of the city centre, offers 650 beds split across 15 individual buildings to accommodate the city’s growing student population. It is the first ever student village from Vita Student. The design includes the sensitive refurbishment of the existing convent to provide student accommodation and ancillary facilities, and the construction of a two-storey infirmary wing extension. Fourteen additional three- and four-storey blocks, with a total developed area of over 200,000 sq ft, have also been constructed within extensive landscaped grounds.
