Conversion of a 1960s office building to contemporary studio apartments.
This development involved the conversion of an existing 14-storey 1960s office building, with a steel frame extension at roof level to create a 15th floor. With full façade replacement and interior fit-out, the development created 368 studios with ultra-modern kitchens and en-suite bathrooms. The apartments also include free high-speed 100 Mb broadband, Wi-Fi and a flat screen smart TV, as well as communal areas such as a study hub and leisure facilities.
