Vita Student Zed Alley

This project involved the conversion of an existing 1960s office building, creating 132 studios – together with a Metsec extension on the sixth floor – on a landlocked city centre site with restricted logistics. The contemporary studios are fitted with ultra-modern kitchens and en-suite bathrooms. The apartments also include free high-speed 100 Mb broadband, Wi-Fi and a flat-screen smart TV, as well as communal areas such as a study hub and leisure facilities.
