The project involves the design and construction of a 32-storey tower in the heart of Manchester, delivering high-quality Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) alongside a range of supporting facilities. The development includes internal and external amenity spaces, public realm enhancements, secure cycle storage, and comprehensive access and servicing arrangements.

This landmark city-centre building will provide 861 student bedrooms, complemented by exceptional amenities such as a state-of-the-art gym, dedicated social and study areas, and Vita Student’s signature customer experience, all designed to empower residents to make the most of their university journey and truly “Begin Big.”
