Demolition and reconstruction of two residential towers.
The project included the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of two residential towers of 21 stories and 17 stories respectively. At time of completion Phoenix became the fourth tallest residential building in Leeds and boasts stunning views across the city. The development accommodates 364 luxury apartments with resident amenity including a 24-hour concierge, state of the art gym, co-working spaces, basement car parking and communal gardens.
