Lawsons Quay is the largest independent student development in Lancaster, and when complete, it will house 620 students. Split over two phases, the development consists of a mix of high-quality finished studios, traditional cluster flats and townhouses. The development also consists of a sky lounge, hub, welfare facilities and communal gardens. This development is the first building in Lancaster permitted to be taller than the cathedral – currently the city’s tallest building.
