Fast-paced delivery of multiple residential developments near central Birmingham.
This scheme comprises the design and construction of a residential development featuring 266 apartments across one building with varying heights of 23, seven and six storeys, including resident amenities, associated external works, and a basement car park.
We have been involved in this project since the start of RIBA Stage 3, providing cost advice to the client and assisting with the agreement of the terms of the contract.
Located close to Birmingham city centre, the site sits at the edge of one of Birmingham’s canals. This posed problems during enabling works due to a damaged canal wall, which required extensive works to restore it. Since then, the project has progressed rapidly and remains on track for completion in November 2025.
