Construction of two residential apartment blocks.
Located in the heart of MediaCity UK, the project involved the construction of two residential blocks of 14 and 17 storeys, accommodating 280 apartments (132 one-bedroom apartments, 136 two-bedroom apartments and 12 three-bedroom apartments). The development also accommodates extensive resident facilities including concierge at main reception, tenant lounges with private meeting areas, media room, and a first-floor roof terrace. On site parking is also provided including EV charging facilities.
