This new-build postgraduate student accommodation comprises 566 studios, including management suite, common room, fitness suite and landscaping. Berkeley First and Imperial College London partnered to source, acquire and develop a high-quality student accommodation scheme, which would give Imperial the opportunity to showcase its new Gradpad brand. This delivers well designed and well located accommodation specifically for the postgraduate student.
