Extension works to existing leisure facilities in Formby.
We are working as project manager, cost manager, employer’s agent and principal designer on the extension works at Formby Leisure Centre. The main contractors are J Greenwood (Builders), and Pozzoni Architecture. The schedule includes the provision of a larger gym and dance studio, together with additional car parking. This is to complement the existing facilities, which include a 25-metre main pool, 12-metre teaching pool, wellness suite, boules piste and café.
