Derby Racecourse Football Hub

A new build extension was added to the existing changing facilities, which included a reception, café, educational facilities, and community facilities. Minor alterations and refurbishment works were completed on the existing building. Additionally, the surface car park was upgraded and extended, with three new and improved AGP’s installed, along with the upgrade of one existing AGP. The existing external play area, basketball court, and external gym were relocated as part of the project. Furthermore, an overall site strategy was implemented to develop additional recreational activities and create wider walking and cycling routes.
