The project involved the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a new purpose-built student accommodation development of 8-storeys in height and including 189 studio bedrooms with associated amenity space including gym, private dining and study rooms, cinema room, roof terrace, cycle parking and hard and soft landscaping.
