This project’s scope included the demolition of an existing structure, the delivery of Cat A office fit-outs, and a range of associated external works including new access roads and drainage infrastructure.
Sustainability was a key focus of the development, with each unit achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating and an EPC A+ rating.
