Cost management on the design and construction of a 170,000 sq ft industrial unit.
This project’s scope of works included the demolition of an existing structure and the delivery of a Cat A office fit-out, as well as associated external works such as access roads and drainage. Sustainability and embodied carbon were essential to the development, resulting in the unit achieving BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+ rating.
